📝报名政策Registration Policy
试课安排Trial Class Arrangement
• 首次孩子可参加优惠价试课，体验课程内容和教学方式• New students may attend a $30 trial class to experience the course content and teaching style
• 试课包含所有材料费用，无额外收费• The trial class includes all material fees, no extra charges
• 试课后可决定是否购买正式课程套餐• After the trial, you may decide whether to purchase a regular course package
• 试课费用不可抵扣正式课程费用• The trial class fee cannot be deducted from regular course fees
年龄要求Age Requirements
• 建议年龄：3岁及以上• Recommended age: 3 years and above
• 3-5岁儿童需家长陪同• Children aged 3-5 must be accompanied by a parent
• 成人课程欢迎零基础孩子• Adult classes welcome beginners
• 特殊需求孩子请提前沟通• Please communicate any special needs in advance
课包规则Package Rules
• 课包购买后有效期为12个月• Packages are valid for 12 months after purchase
• 课包不可转让给他人• Packages are non-transferable
• 课包余额不可提现• Remaining package balance is non-refundable as cash
• 过期课包恕不延期• Expired packages cannot be extended
课程运营说明Class Operation Notice
• 本课程为私人户外艺术课程，仅面向已报名的学生和家长，非对公众开放。• This is a private outdoor art class, exclusively for enrolled students and their families. It is not open to the public.
• 我们不接受临时报名、现场加入，也不接受任何形式的商业推广合作。• We do not accept walk-ins, on-site sign-ups, or any form of commercial promotion or sponsorship.
📅预约与取消政策Booking & Cancellation Policy
课程预约Class Booking
• 需至少提前24小时预约课程• Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• 可通过微信、电话或网站预约• Booking available via WeChat, phone, or website
• 预约成功后会收到确认信息• Confirmation will be sent after successful booking
• 建议定期预约以确保上课连续性• Regular booking is recommended for continuous learning
取消课程Class Cancellation
• 需至少提前24小时取消课程• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• 24小时内取消将扣除一次课时• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in one class being deducted
• 无故缺席将扣除一次课时• No-shows will result in one class being deducted
• 紧急情况可特殊处理• Emergencies may be handled on a case-by-case basis
改期规则Rescheduling Policy
• 可免费改期一次（需提前24小时）• One free reschedule allowed (must be requested 24 hours in advance)
• 同一课程多次改期需支付$10手续费• Multiple reschedules for the same class incur a $10 fee each
• 改期课程需在原课程时间后30天内完成• Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days of the original date
• 特殊情况下可协商处理• Special cases may be negotiated
🌤️天气政策Weather Policy
恶劣天气Severe Weather
• 雨天、雪天或极端天气将自动改期• Classes will be rescheduled in case of rain, snow, or extreme weather
• 老师会提前2-4小时通知孩子• Notification will be sent 2-4 hours in advance
• 可免费改期至合适时间• Free rescheduling to a suitable time
• 如孩子坚持上课，将安排室内替代课程• If students wish to continue, an indoor alternative will be arranged
微雨天气Light Rain
• 小雨天气下可选择继续上课（有遮蔽处）• In light rain, classes may continue in sheltered areas
• 孩子可选择改期，不收取任何费用• Students may choose to reschedule at no extra cost
• 课程会根据天气调整内容• Class content may be adjusted according to weather
• 安全第一，最终决定权在老师• Safety first; the teacher has final authority

• 户外课程将尽力选择相对安全的公共场地• Outdoor class locations are carefully selected for relative safety in public settings
• 鉴于为公共空间，主办方无法完全控制现场人员进出• As classes are held in public areas, full control over access cannot be guaranteed
• 建议家长陪同在旁，确保孩子安全• Parents are encouraged to stay nearby to help ensure their child's safety
• 强烈建议为孩子购买个人意外保险• Personal accident insurance is strongly recommended
健康要求Health Requirements
• 孩子身体不适时请勿上课• Do not attend class if feeling unwell
• 有传染性疾病时需居家休息• Stay home if you have a contagious illness
• 特殊病史需提前告知老师• Inform the teacher in advance of any special medical history
• 过敏体质请提前说明• Please inform in advance if you have allergies
材料安全Material Safety
• 使用无毒环保颜料• Only non-toxic, eco-friendly paints are used
• 画笔等工具定期消毒• Brushes and tools are regularly sanitized
• 禁止将材料放入口中• Do not put materials in your mouth
• 课后需清洁双手• Wash hands after class
💰退费政策Refund Policy
试课退费Trial Class Refund
• 试课费用概不退还• Trial class fees are non-refundable
• 如因老师原因无法上课，可全额退款• Full refund if the class is cancelled by the teacher
• 如因天气原因，可免费改期或退款• Free reschedule or refund in case of weather cancellation
课包退费Package Refund
• 购买后48小时内，未使用课时可申请退款 80%• Within 48 hours of purchase, 80% refund for unused classes
• 购买后48小时后，未使用课时可申请退款 20%• After 48 hours, 20% refund for unused classes
• 购买后14天后，不与退款• No refunds after 14 days of purchase
• 已使用课时按单节课价格计算• Used classes are charged at the single class rate
• 课程一旦开始使用（无论剩余课时多少）不可转课退款。• Once a package is started (regardless of remaining classes), no transfer or refund is allowed
• 退款金额 = 课包总价 - 已使用课时×单节价• Refund amount = package price - (used classes × single class price)
• 退款将在7-14个工作日内处理• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
特殊情况Special Circumstances
• 搬家或长期出差可协商处理• Moving or long-term business trips may be negotiated
• 重大疾病或意外可特殊考虑• Major illness or accident may be specially considered
• 最终解释权归CC Art Studio所有• Final interpretation right belongs to CC Art Studio
📋其他条款Other Terms
照片使用权Photo Usage Rights
• 课程期间可能拍摄照片用于教学记录• Photos may be taken during class for teaching records
• 照片可能用于宣传推广（可联系选择退出）• Photos may be used for promotional purposes (contact us to opt out)
• 学生作品照片归CC Art Studio所有• Student work photos belong to CC Art Studio
• 如不同意拍摄请提前告知• Please inform us in advance if you do not agree to be photographed
责任限制Limitation of Liability
• CC Art Studio将采取合理措施保障教学期间的基础安全• CC Art Studio takes reasonable steps to ensure basic safety during class
• 对于孩子个人物品遗失不承担赔偿责任• Not liable for loss of students' personal belongings
• 因孩子自身行为造成的意外，主办方不承担法律责任• Not liable for accidents caused by students’ own actions
• 强烈建议为孩子购买个人意外保险• Personal accident insurance is strongly recommended
本课程由 CC Art Studio 合伙团队运营，已完成名称登记及商业执照注册，运营结构符合法规要求。后续根据品牌发展逐步完善相关协议。
CC Art Studio is a registered partnership with a valid Fictitious Business Name (FBN) and an active business license issued by the City of Irvine.
